Reference sheets (with your design ready) are available. Price range depends on the layout.
Outfit/appearance design: 400+ USD (includes the designing, front view, headshot, and closeup for details or items, any extra details may be added for extra charge).
Final price depends on details like background, design complexity, number of characters, and any extra stuff. It may be increased for especially complex things, or lack of references.
Simple background is included to the price.
